Dr. N.S.A.M. First Grade College (For Commerce, Management, Science, and Arts) is a NAAC accredited Educational Institution located at Shivakote, Bengaluru. The college is under the banner of Nitte Education Trust (NET), Mangalore, which is a distinguished trust in the field of education. The Institutions under NET include Nitte Deemed to be University as well as colleges for engineering, medicine, dentistry, management, architecture and schools.

NET was founded in the year 1979 by the committed philanthropist and legal luminary, Justice K S Hegde, who strongly believed that education was pivotal to the progress of a community. President of the trust, Mr. N.V Hegde and the advisor, Dr N.R Shetty, an eminent educationist, both share the views of
Justice K.S Hegde.

Dr. N.S.A.M First Grade College is affiliated to Bengaluru City University. The college is recognised under 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The college offers Undergraduate programs - B.Com (General, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Business Data Analytics), BBA (General, Aviation Management), BA (Journalism, Psychology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Communicative English) and BCA. All the programs follow the choice-based credit system as per the syllabus of the Bengaluru City University. The college has initiatives to bridge the employability gap and strengthen the learning experiences of students. The college offers value added courses and certification programs to students.

Students of Dr. N.S.A.M. FGC (Bengaluru) have consistently performed well in academics and extracurricular activities. In Jan 2019, the college relocated to a new campus consisting of aesthetically designed academic blocks in a sprawling three-acre green campus. Dr. N.S.A.M. FGC (Bengaluru) has modern facilities, labs and libraries. The college believes in holistic education. Students engage in co-curricular activities and sports. Volleyball, badminton and football are among the many sports that are encouraged at the college
